Jifco Limited was commissioned by Intermaketing Agency to complete a full refurbishment on a newly acquired residential building to join their ever growing leeds site. Based on numerous successful projects together, Jifco Limited was the chosen contractor to carry out the required works.
This project included:
- Disposal of ex-tenants contents & fittings.
- Re-structuring of most internal walls & spaces.
- Exposing of feature brick work throughout.
- Exposing of high ceilings to second story & structural roof works.
- Eco friendly and contemporary lighting system install.
- Full replacement of all electrical, fire safety & plumbing systems.
- Full data & audio visual point installation throughout.
- Installation of raised steal structure flooring in garage conversion.
- Full internal & external decoration & refurbishment.
- Creation & installation of bespoke woodwork to interior & exterior.
- Essential construction repairs to buildings structure.
- Installation of aluminium double glazing windows throughout.
- Refurbishment of all wash-rooms & newly created office space.
- External Resin flooring & lighting install to link to neighbouring buildings.
- Installation of CCTV & security systems throughout.
