Project Description
Jifco Limited was commissioned by Paloma Investments to complete essential disrepair works on one of their larger Tinsley Industrial Estate units, based on the great relationship and success of previous projects we have completed with them.
This project included:
- Demolition of a two story interior office space within unit 15.
- Demolition of Unit 17 down to concrete hard standing.
- Disposal of ex-tenants contents & fittings including mezzanine floor.
- Ground works to maximise use of exterior hard standing.
- Full replacement of roof covering and structural skylights.
- Eco friendly lighting system install within unit 15 & 16.
- Full replacement of all electrical, fire safety & plumbing systems.
- Weather proofing & refurbishment of exterior cladding.
- Full internal decoration & refurbishment.
- High security perimeter fencing installation.
- Essential construction repairs to buildings structure.
- Refurbishment of all wash-rooms & office space.
Conclusion:
The works were complete to schedule and to the highest standard of which we expected on all Jifco Limited projects, leading onto further works within the estate.
