Jifco Limited was again commissioned by Intermaketing Agency to complete a full refurbishment on newly acquired space at their London offices. Based on numerous successful projects together, Jifco Limited was the chosen contractor to carry out the required works.
This project included:
- Disposal of ex-tenants contents & fittings.
- Eco friendly and contemporary feature lighting system install.
- Full replacement of all electrical, fire safety & plumbing systems.
- Full data & audio visual point installation throughout.
- Installation of suspended solid ceiling.
- Full internal decoration & refurbishment.
- Creation & installation of bespoke feature walls.
- Full fit out of Boardroom, Reception area & New york style club room.
- Tiling of entrance way and carpeting of full project area.
- Refurbishment of all wash-rooms & newly created office space.
Conclusion:
The works were complete to schedule and to the highest standard of which we expected on all Jifco Limited projects, leading onto further works within the estate and exceptional feedback from Intermarketing Management.
