Project Description
Jifco Limited was commissioned by Edwards & Co to carry out repairs and refurbishment works to this two storey light industrial unit.
This project included:
- Disposal of ex-tenants contents & fittings.
- Cleaning of Structural Skylights.
- Eco friendly lighting system install.
- Repairs to all electrical, fire safety & plumbing systems.
- Refurbishment of exterior cladding.
- Full internal decoration & refurbishment.
- Refurbishment of all wash-rooms & office space.
Conclusion:
The works were complete to schedule and to the highest standard of which we expected on all Jifco Limited projects.
