Project Description
Jifco Limited was again commissioned by Paloma Investments to complete essential disrepair works on one of their Tinsley Industrial Estate units after the tenant relocated to a larger unit within the estate, based on our great relationship and success on previous projects we were the chosen contractor for this project.
This project included:
- Disposal of ex-tenants contents & fittings.
- Demolishment of a small one story internal structure.
- Replacement of Structural Skylights.
- Eco friendly lighting system install.
- Full replacement of all electrical, fire safety & plumbing systems.
- Weather proofing & refurbishment of exterior cladding & roof.
- Full internal decoration & refurbishment.
- Essential construction repairs to buildings structure.
- Refurbishment of all wash-rooms & office space.
Conclusion:
The works were complete to schedule and to the highest standard of which we expected on all Jifco Limited projects, leading onto further works within the estate.
